1 kilo rump steak (or any cut of your choice) cut into chunks 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 heaped teaspoon mint paste1 teaspoon crushed green chillies (optional) 1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen garlic pepper1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon pepper1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon soya sauce1 tablespoon woestershire sauce2 tablespoon @jimmysaucessa steakhouse sauce 1 tablespoon honey2 tablespoon oil Trio pepper cut into chunksRed onion cut into chunksPineapple cut into chunks (optional) You will need 10 - 12 wooden skewers
Combine all ingredients above in a dish except for the veggies.Add steak chunks and allow to marinade for a few hours.Thread steak through the skewers alternating with the veggies. Throw over remaining marinade.Place on a braai (bbq) or griller until done.Baste with extra mint paste mixed with @jimmysaucessa steakhouse sauceI served with coleslaw and sweetcorn on the cob
