INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet cubbed (not to small)1 teaspoon lemon juice2 teaspoon tandori masala1 teaspoon steers peri peri sauce1 teaspoon mild Kashmiri powder1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon red masala1 teaspoon oilHalf teaspoon tandori food colouring Salt to taste
METHOD
Marinate all ingredients for about 4 hours. Then put the chicken on the Skewers braai (bbq) when ready.
