INGREDIENTS
1/2kg steak1&½ teaspoon barbecue spice 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 &½ teaspoon green chillie 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon soya sauce (optional)
Mushrooms3 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 packet mushrooms 2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon flour 500 ml fresh cream
METHOD
Wash up and cut up the steak in long pieces and add in all the spicesLeave aside for 20 minutes In a non stick pan add butter , 2 tablespoon Olive oil and add in the steak , cook till tender and not dry.Remove the water from the steak and leave aside Continue cooking the steak +-5 minutes and leave aside
MushroomsMelt the butter with the oil Add in the mushrooms and sauté Flavour with Aromat (a South African Spice) and black pepper Remove from the stove and set aside
In a pot melt the butter (* ingredients) and whisk in the flour Add in the steak water and whisk Add in the steak and mushrooms and cook for +-5 minutes Then add in your fresh cream and simmer for +-10 minutes
Serve with roti Enjoy ❤️
