. In wok add ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, spring onions and dried red chili and stir fry until fragrant, around 30 seconds. Add fried beef.Add the bell peppers and stir fry. Add the sauces in beef and mix well. Now add corn starch slurry.when the sauce thickens, add more green onion. Adjust salt and black pepper. Toss well and turn off the heat.Garnish with green coriander, spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with a side of steamed white rice or noodles.
