INGREDIENTS
Pad Thai Noodles from Woolworths or regular noodles or spaghetti getti whichever you prefer3 pieces Chicken Fillet Cut in strips1 tray Pak Choi chopped2 Carrots jullienedHalf Red,Green,Yellow Peppers sliced thinlyFresh ground 3 cloves of garlic1 onion sliced1 chillie chopped4 tablespoon Soy Sauce4 tablespoon Hot sauceSalt and pepper to taste½ teaspoon Crushed chillies1 tablespoon ButterJuice of half a lemon
METHOD
Braise onion in 3 tablespoon olive oilWhen soft add in chicken cook in garlic soy sauce crush chillies salt pepper hot sauce and lemon.Cook until tender add in the pak choi and cook until soft then add in the rest of the ingredients allow to cook until still crunchy (not too long or it will end up soft) add in 3 tablespoon of water simmer for 2 minutes then add in pad thai noodles. Add butter Serve with with fresh chopped corriander and a squeeze of lemon
