WHITE CHICKEN SOUP 125g chicken. 1 onion 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 2 teaspoon green masala 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon fine dhana 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tin creamstyle ½ packet mushroom soup ½ packet creamy chicken soup 250ml fresh cream 250ml milk
1. In a pot sizzle garlic ,whole jeroo, Taj, whole pepper,braise onions. 2 Add chicken, masala and spices and braise . 3. Add creamsyle corn and soups ( I added about ½ litre boiling water and made a paste with water with the soups) 4. Add fresh cream and milk. 5. Garnish with green dhana or parsley.
