INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Add all dry ingredients in a dish, then add your grated potato, finely cubed onion and half cup water. Mix well till it's a nice texture. Batter must not be weak. Pre heat your oil, and spoon bhajia in the pot or you can use your hand. Fry till golden brown on medium to low heat else the bhajias won't get cooked inside.
