2 cups mung daal Qtr bunch green coriander leaves 5 to 6 whole green chillies Half onion finely chopped4 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 2 tablespoon corn flour Salt½ teaspoon bakingpowder
Soak mung dal for 2 hours or overnight.
Process the dal along with the coriander leaves ,green chillies, garlic cloves ,coriander and cumin seeds. Process till fine. Leave abit coarse. Add the coriander powder, Salt, chopped onions and corn flour. Before frying add the baking powder. Spoon out mixture in deep oil. Fry on med heat until it turns brown. Serve hot with a Chutney of your choice. ENJOY the twist.😋
