1 ½ teaspoon tukmuria/Sabja/basil seeds (whatever you call it) soaked in a bit of water to expand,3 cups semi skimmed milk,6-9tsps rose syrup (depending how sweet you want it), 1 ½ cups whipping cream, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, rose petals
1.) Put a little bit of syrup at the bottom of each glass, add ice , add ice cream, top with milk, add the expanded sabja seeds.2.) WHIP the remaining rose syrup with the whipping cream (beat till slightly stiff and fluffy) then spoon this mixture into the glass as the last layer, sprinkle with rose petals over the top.🌹🥀🌹
