MY STYLE In pot heat 3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oil1Tblsp ginger garlic pasteBraise Add1 kg cut up chicken pieces1-2 cinnamon stickCook for 3-4 minutesNow add the rest of the ingredientsto the CHICKEN 1 ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli1-2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon Little almond powder 1 teaspoon Garam Masala 2 tablespoon Khan's Portuguese marinade (this optional can leave out )½ teaspoon finely crushed Elachi (cardomom)2 tablespoon tomato puree¼ grated tomato (,optional)1 grated onion pinch of saffron or Saffron essence3 tablespoon yoghurtCook well add little water only if necessaryNow add1Tblsp tomato sauce (optional)1 teaspoon any chilli sauce (optional)When chicken is cooked add in steamed baby potatoes (or optional I added(Baby carrots I felt like instead of potatoes)Cook till all well blended and there is not much of a gravy Lastly add ½ can Nestlé dessert CreamCook a bit it should be slightly wettish but not gravyGarnish with green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with naan rolls or roti
