Recipe @theretrokitchen 2 cups flour ½ cup sugar 2 tablespoon saumphHandful dessicated coconut½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Add above in a bowl 1 eggMilkWhisk egg and mix with milk just enough to make a stiff dough You can always add more milk when mixing This batter is best when mixed in the morning and left to rest in the fridge. Before frying add 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder Mix well. More milk can be added if it’s too stiff. The batter should not be runny. Fry in medium to hot oil till done.
