Mix 2 cups flour and 3 tablespoon soft butterMix rub well Add+- ⅓ cup sugar (or add more) 1 tablespoon somph fennel seeds/barishap) Beat 1 egg with vanilla essence and Add to it ½ cup warm milkAdd to the dry ingredients beatingNow gradually add again +- ½ cup warm waterBeat till smooth to a thickish batter Add 1 & ½ teaspoon baking powderLet the batter rest for a while Fry 1 teaspoon of batter in medium to hot oil make like ping ball sizes like you fry Chilli bitesTIP SERVING SUGGESTIONTint the batter with few drops of Robertsons food colour eg: Pink or Green etcRoll Hot Goolgoolas inCastor sugar. ORCinnamon and sugar
