Spaghetti bolognaise Kebabs 1 kg chicken mince 1 chopped onion 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic ½ cup chopped greens Ground green chillies Salt dhana jeeru (cumin) pinch arad (Turmeric). 4 slices bread. Process above. Shape into kebaabs and bake 10 minutes.
Chutney Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 slit green chillies. Add 3 cups liquidized tomatoes and ½ tin tomato puree. Add in salt chilli powder little arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) and 2 tablespoon sugar. Cook on low till oil cums up. Add in kebaabs and simmer further 10 minutes.
Boil spaghetti drain and serve with above.

Mutton or beef mince can be substituted for chicken mince
