INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 ½ cups castor sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 teaspoon baking powder
3 level cups cake flour
1 cup milk
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugar until white in colour then add in the oil and vanilla and beat well for 10 minutes. Add cake flour and baking powder and milk and mix well. Place paper cups in muffin pan and fill cups ¾ way up. Bake at 160 for 15 minutes.
INFO & TIPS
This cake can b baked in an oven tray.can b used for lamingtons as well.
