INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked Quinoa2 Chicken Fillets chopped½ red pepper½ yellow pepper½ green pepper3 cloves garlic crushed1 crushed green chillie½ finely chopped onion (juice squeezed out)½ cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese gratedSalt and pepper to taste½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) and Jeeru (Cumin) powderFresh chopped dhania (coriander)1 egg beaten
METHOD
In a blender add in the the fillets once minced add in the rest of ingredients except the peppers and the quinoa.Remove from blender put in a dish and add in the rest of the ingredients form into patty shapes. Grease a non stick tray with spray and cook or olive oil and bake in a pre heated oven at 180deg for 20 to 25mins turning over half way
