RECIPE
Made Simple No white sauceMy style Any pasta can be used includingSpagetti
Boil 1 ½ cups elbow noodles or any pasta add saltDrainAdd a bit of origanum and 1Tblsp tomato sauce
¼ kg strip tenderised steak or chicken stripsCook with 1 tablespoon butter or oilAdd 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon BBQ spice or any braai (bbq) spiceCook till soft and tenderKeep aside
In a seperate pot heat 2-3 tablespoon oilAdd little mustard seeds whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little garlic 2 slit and chopped fresh green or red chilli¼ sliced onionSaute add strips of robot peppersAnd handful of mushoomPinch of sugarLittle garlicBraise then addCook well with 3-4 grated tomatoes3 tablespoon tomato puree2 tablespoon tomato sauce (can use Sirasha sauce)Cook well till peppers are soft Adjust your spices Add chopped green dhania (coriander)
Now Assemble some pasta in a casserolePlace all the steak /chicken tomato gravy mixture overTop again with rest of the pastaTop with lots of grated cheeseSprinkle a bit more origanumBake in oven at 180* for 15-20 minutesOr till cheese melts EnjoyTip..if you prefer white sauce add lots of cheese also in the sauce and also use cheese for topping
