INGREDIENTS
5 cups sugar
1 litre Water
bottle jelly red colouring 30 ml
30 ml rose essence
1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powder (optional)
METHOD
soak sugar overnight in water, in morning boil over hi heat and keep simmering fairly rapidly for half an hour . Add colouring and rose essence .Bottle And cool
