Cauliflower floretsPotato cubedCumin seedsSliced gingerChopped chilliChilli powderGaram masala Tumericdhania (coriander) powderSalt
METHOD
Wash and cut veggies according to your liking. Heat oil in a pot,add cumin seeds,chilli and ginger,cook till begins to soften. Add cauliflower,potato,tumeric and salt. Allow veggies to steam in own juices then add a tablespoon of water to prevent sticking. Cook for 10 minutes taking care not to burn,add little water if needed. Add chilli powder,gharum masala and dhani powder,steam till cauliflower and potato is cooked. Serve with roti.
