1 packet screw pasta ½ Cup olive oil ½ Cup water½ teaspoon Italian herbs (Robertson's) 2 tins chopped tomatoes (I used the Mediterranean flavoured) Salt to taste 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 2 teaspoons crushed garlic 2 teaspoons dried chillie flakes (to taste) Dried parsley for garnishing
In a Huge Pyrex dish pour in your pasta screws raw... Add the olive oil and water tinned tomatoes along with all the other ingredients, give it one big mix and bake in the oven till done it takes around 45 minutes. Please toss every 20 minutes so pasta cooks evenly. Once done throw some sundried tomatoes if you have and dried parsley.
