INGREDIENTS
Mutton mince ½ kgOnion (big) 2 small ones otherwise1 small tomatoe Green pepper (some strips and some cubes)1 green chilliOilTumeric SaltKashmiri chilli powder dhania (coriander)&jeera powder Cinnamon stick Baked beans 1 canButton mushrooms Mix vegSpring oniondhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mince:Rinse the mince, add ginger and garlic, steak and chops spice, lemon and garlic herb, Cayenne pepper, Paprika, or any other spice you fancy. Mix and keep aside. Put a little oil in a pot, add the onion, 2 piece cinnamon stick, 1 green chilli and cubed green pepper, ½ teaspoon salt. When onion is brown add the mince and stir till cooked. Once done keep aside.
Baked beans:In a pot add a liitle oil, then add onion and cook till brown. Add tomatoe, strip green pepper, ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, ½ dhania (coriander)&jeera powder and mix till tomatoe is almost cooked, add baked beans and a little water to form a gravy. Let it cook for about 5 to 8 minutes until beans is cooked. Once done keep aside.
Mushrooms :In a sauce pan add 2 tablespoon margarine, once melted add washed and cut mushrooms. Sprinkle lemon and butter spice, a sprinkle of black pepper and a little salt and let fry. Once water is dry remove.
Mix veg:Do the same, fry in margarine with the above spices or your favourite spices and don't fry too long. It needs to be crisp and not dry.
Once these are done you can put them all in one pot.
Macaroni :Boil in enough water to cover the macaroni, add a tablespoon oil, mix herbs, oraganum, 1 teaspoon salt and let it boil till Al dente. Add a satchet of your favourite 3 cheese sauce or mushroom sauce. Add from satchet in powder form and mix it in with the same water.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix in, sprinkle spring onions, dhania (coriander) and grated cheese.
INFO & TIPS
Make sure you don't use too much water when boiling the macaroni or boil it for too long as the end result will be mushy.
