Mexican pasta salad

3 cups trio pasta, boil in salt water al dente, drain set aside.
1 cup sweet corn, Saute in a pan
½ red onion chopped
½ each Red and green peppers cubed
BBQ big corn bites
250ml sour cream
1 cup spicey salsa
¼ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic minced
½ teaspoon cumin
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Add corn, onion, peppers and spring onions to pasta then add the dressing and gently mix in. Add big corn bites just before serving.
