Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs250g butter 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon salt 200g chocolate chips or 1slab easy melt dark chocolate (chopped into pieces)4 cups self raising flour Or enough to form dough

METHOD

Beat together butter and sugars then add in eggs one at a time, vanilla essence and salt. Beat till nicely combined. Add in chocolate chips and self raising flour.

This recipe is very big i normally make half.
