Tarty Strawberry Compote By @mosmeen_diaries 250g strawberries1 tablespoons Castor sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:1. Chop the strawberries in chunky pieces. Add to a pan over medium heat, with sugar and lemon juice and allow sugar to dissolve. 2. Then bring to a simmer, cover the pan and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
Allow to cool, then bottle and refrigerate.
