Ingredients:125g stork to bake (room temp.)¾ cup castor sugar2 extra large eggs (room temp.)1 tablespoon elachie powder2 cups cake flour2 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup full cream milk
Method:1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. 2. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.3. Sift flour, baking powder and elachie powder. 4. Add into batter, then add milk and beat till smooth. 5. Pour into a lined cupcake pan and bake in preheated oven on 180degC for 15min.
