INGREDIENTS
1 onion chopped finely
1 teaspoon salt
2 tomatoes-grated or chopped
1 - 2 teaspoon chopped green chillies or to taste
2 teaspoon sugar or to taste
1 tablespoon vinegar
Few mint leaves-finely chopped
METHOD
Sprinkle salt over chopped onion & rub
in. Cover with hot water & leave aside for 5
minutes. Drain & squeeze out remaining
moisture. Add the rest of the
ingredients to onions & mix
well.
