My Style Use cut up leg mutton or chopsFor salt and pepper style don't add paprika and tumeric and crushed red chilli use more white and black pepper In a pot add 100g butterAdd dry red chillies torn up 1 crushed whole black pepperBraise add finely sliced garlic cloves½ teaspoon ginger garlicAdd 1-2 thick slices of onion Saute itNow add the meats cook till softAdd water to softenNow add1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon Paprika½ teaspoon tumericAdd rosemary /thyme etc 1 grated tomato Braise for 5 minutesAdd Salt to tasteNow add 4 cut up potato in wedgesCook till potatoes are done and the gravy is like thickish and it's dryish not runnyGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Buttered Bread or rolls
