skin on chicken - IF you want it to come out exactly like Nandos you have to use skin on chicken for this recipe
I took the chicken , placed in a pot added water approx. 1 to 11/2 litres along with : 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon orange pepper spice ½ teaspoon Portuguese spice Salt ¼ freshly squeezed lemon Sprinkle of parsley Little oil
Left the chicken to steam until most do the water dried out .
In a baking tray I placed a foil I squeezed some lemon I used the nandos hot marinade Nandos wild herb Nandos mild sauce you can use any flavors Mixed all this Removed the steamed chicken placed it on this tray and brushed the sauce over . Took the remaining water from the pot poured over and placed it in the oven blob some Butter and grilled it .
I made a sauce with all those sauces and little fresh cream , heated it Poured some over before serving and left some in a bowl for any1 that wants more.
optional :I added baby potato in the water while chicken was steaming added the potato to the tray and grilled it with chicken
