INGREDIENTS
1 Tin 500g Klim
1 tin 500g Nespray
4-6 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 big tin Nestle cream
SYRUP:
2 tablespoon rose essence
2 tablespoon Elachi (cardomom) essence OR 1 tablespoon finely ground Elachi (cardomom)
2 ½ cups water
4 cups sugar
METHOD
Rub the Klim and Nespray together with the ghee (Clarified butter) and nestle cream and set aside for few hours. Then blend in food processor to get rid of all lumps.
Boil ingredients for syrup till sticky and pour into above mixture. Mix and set as desired.
