Use 2 eggsseperate yolks from the whitesbeat them up in seperate bowls Mix ½ cup boiling water and½ cup oil together keep aside In your cake mixtureAdd 1 cup sugarVanilla essence (add extra)And egg yolksMix well till sugar is smoothAdd the egg whitesKeep beating till white is stiffAdd 3 teaspoon baking powderGradually add 1 ¼ cup sifted flourMix wellNow add the oil mixture by gradually folding it in Pour in greased baking pan or half fill cup cake holdersBake at 180*for 20-25 minutesDecorate as you pleaseVariations:Crushed pecans in batter1 teaspoon Coffee for light coffee tasteDecorate with butter icing etc
