Ingredients: 2 liter Chocolate ice-cream 1 batch baked brownies (diced up) ½ cup chopped pecan nuts Mini Oreos (garnish) Melted chocolate/ chocolate sauce
Method: Allow ice cream to melt at room temperature. Mix in brownie bits and pecan nuts. Pour into silicone mould. Leave to set in freezer for few hours. Remove 5-10min before serving. Garnish as desired.
Note: if using the same silicone mould as I did, you would require 2 moulds, otherwise half the amounts.
