Choc Brownie Ice-Cream Cake

2 liter Chocolate ice-cream
1 batch baked brownies (diced up)
½ cup chopped pecan nuts
Mini Oreos (garnish)
Melted chocolate/ chocolate sauce
Allow ice cream to melt at room temperature.
Mix in brownie bits and pecan nuts.
Pour into silicone mould.
Leave to set in freezer for few hours.
Remove 5-10min before serving.
Garnish as desired.
Note: if using the same silicone mould as I did, you would require 2 moulds, otherwise half the amounts.
