INGREDIENTS
1 punnet of mushrooms (sliced)
1 sliced onion
4-5 cloves of fresh garlic-chopped finely
250ml Fresh Cream.
100g Butter
Sliced cashew(optional)
Cheddar/Parmesan/Gouda Cheese
METHOD
Fry the mushrooms and onion in butter until soft
Add the fresh cream- bring to a slow boil.
Add Black Pepper or Herbs of your chice.
Add salt if necissary.
when the sauce begins to boil turn of the heat
and add the cheeses( you can use on type or all)
lastly add the cashews.
You can use the same recipe if you would like to
make Creamy garlic prawns.Just fry the cleaned
mussells with the onions instead of mushrooms
