Custard

INGREDIENTS

1 cup full cream milk½ cup fresh cream1 teaspoon vanilla essences 2 tablespoon custard powder50ml water for pasteSugar to taste

METHOD

Boil milkAdd creamAdd vanilla essences Then add sugar and custard paste (50ml water mixed with 2 tables spoon custard powder)Keep stirring until thick. Then set in bowel and top with crushed biscuits.Refrigerate till a bit firm.
