INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Potato fries peeled and cut into french fries .Let soaked in water for sometime and then give a quick boil in salted water just for couple of minutes...Drain and pat dry the fries on kitchen towels and let them dry and cool completely....Deep fry potato fries until crispy...
Meanwhile prepare your chicken in very little oil.Boneless chicken strips --- 2 fillets (marinated with 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste, good quality tandoori masala/tikka masala 1 - 2 tablespoon and yogurt 2 - 3 tablespoon for about ½ an hour...No need to add salt tandoori /tikka masala itself has salt in it..But yes, u can add chilli flakes for an extra kick if u like spicy in your chicken and Keep aside...
Topping of your choice....I added capsicum, tomato (seeds removed), onions and jalapenos....
Pizza sauce either homemade or shop bought and some mayonnaise.
Assembling...In an oven proof dish place fries topped with cooked chicken, some grated cheese (mozzarella and cheddar ),over it pizza sauce and drizzle some mayonnaise. Scatter your vegetables and sprinkle red chili flakes and dried oregano...
Finally with a generous amount of cheese again both...You can repeat d layers choice is all yours ....In d preheated oven @180' C for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Enjoy 👍Fatima Shakir
