INGREDIENTS
1 tin sweetcorn
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup self-raising flour
2 green chillies
½ teaspoon baking powder
little chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Make batter. Add more flour if required. Heat frying
pan with a little oil. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto
pan and fry like pancakes. Drop a little oil onto
pura before turning over.
