Melt butter in saute pan season with, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cumin, turmeric, and ginger,(seafood seasoning if you like)saute shrimp in seasoned butter until cooked about 2-4 minutes. Than saute stir fry veggies in butter mixture you may have to add more butter. Saute stir fry rice in canola oil add 2 cups of water bring to a boil and than simmer for 15mins. You can also server over pasta. Put saute shrimp and stir fry veggies over stir fry rice or pasta, drizzle sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce, or thai chili sauce. In shaa Allah enjoy.

You can also add chicken or beef chow mein or scramble or fried eggs.
