My style You can half this recipe 5 cups milk500 g butterRose essence or ( 1 teaspoon rose water) Add tuj (cinnamon stick) remove before bakingBring to heat or boilIn separate dish add 2 cups flour2 cups soji (semolina) 2 cups sugar 2 cups coconut4 teaspoon baking powderMix all togetherAdd to milk above dry ingregientsMix to a slightly thickish cake batter Remove tuj (cinnamon stick)Add crushed Elachi (cardomom)Add a few drops of saffron essence or saffron strands (optional)Sprinkle almonds etcBake for 35-40 minutes at 180* in large oven tray TIPIf the batter is thick add a bit of water or milk to make cake batter consistencyEnjoy..
