INGREDIENTS
Boiled fettuccine o spaghetti
1 onion
Chicken fillets chopped
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon turmric
½ teaspoon garlic
Chopped mushroom and green pepper
Robertson italian herbs and parsley
1 big tub fresh cream
Grated cheese for sprinkling
METHOD
Boil fettucine o spaghetti. Saute onins in butter. Addchicken salt pepper tumric and garlic. Allow chicken to cook. Add mushroom and green pepper. Sprinkle italian herbs and dry parsley. Lastly add cream and cook very little. Do not let it dry. Layout immediately into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese. Bake in preheated oven until cheese melts o heat in a microwave.
