INGREDIENTS
3 large Medjool dates
9 whole roasted almonds
3 tablespoon creme fraiche
lemon & orange zest
handful of pistachio, roughly chopped
METHOD
Make a clean cut to open the dates and remove the
pits. Stuff each date with an almnd and close.
Arrange in a row on a small serving dish. Dollup
crème fraiche on each date. Finish with lemon or
orange zest and chopped pistachios
Serve at room temperature
