Egg Pudding

INGREDIENTS

3eggs 1 cup powder milk 1 cup water ¼ cup sugar few drops of vanilla essence
For greasing ghee (Clarified butter)/ butter
For caramel 2/3 tablespoons of sugar

METHOD

Make caramel by heating up sugar and pour in the dish you want to make pudding. Now mix all ingredients well and bake in water bath for 30 minutes at 180 deg Celsius.Nothing can go wrong with this recipe 🤓

INFO & TIPS

You can grease the baking dish sides with butter/ghee

Don’t leave it inside the oven further. Bring it out and let it cool.

Loosen up the sides with a knife and flip the baking dish upside down
