RECIPE
My Style inspired Method 1 & ¼ cups warm milk and water ( heat in microwave) 2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon yeastallow to stand for 5 minutesThen add ¼ cup oil
Dry ingrefients+-3 cups flour1 teaspoon level Salt 2 teaspoon Baking powder2 tablespoon any milk powder
Now add the liquid mixtureMake a soft dough knead well. Keep aside for 10 minutes in a warm place Then Knead again Lightly rub oil over and cover with damp cloth Let it rise double in size +- 1.& ½ to 2 hours in a warm placeWhen ready make into small ping balls for BunsLet it stand for 30 minutes Brush with egg wash sprinkle with sesame or poppy seedsBake in hit oven at 180* for +- 15 -20 minutesMake a cut on top of cooked bunsFill with filling of choice top with cheese(Can be frozen at this stage)Heat in microwave when requiredVARIATIONS:Or roll out rounds to make pittasOr use as Pizza doughAlso Naan rotis Naans calzones I even tried cinnamon and sugar bunPoured caramel sauce over when it was done etcEnjoy
