Chicken fillets Flour Lemon juice Green chillies Garlic paste Aromat (a South African Spice)
Flatten chicken fillets. Dip in flour. Make a paste with lemon crushed chillies garlic and Aromat (a South African Spice). Brush over chicken on both sides. Lay in pyrex dish. Add blobs of butter tomato slices and green pepper. Grill in oven.
