100g dairymilk chocolate½ tin dessert cream/ or ½ cup fresh cream
Melt the chocolate in microwave at intervals until smooth. Or over a double boiler.Mix the cream after opening tin ans then mix into melted chocolate.Pour over cake or dessert whilst still wet before it sets.
