Banana Split

Ingredients:1 medium sized banana 3 scoops ice-creamWhipped creamIce-cream sauce (chocolate, strawberry etc.)Sprinkles/ toasted peanut nibs/ peanut brittle/ choc balls/ marshmallows etc.Stem cherries/ strawberries
Method:1. Peel banana, cut lengthwise in the center.2. Place in an elongated bowl.3. Place scoops of ice-cream in center of split banana.4. Pipe on whipped cream.5. Pour on sauce, sprinkle sweets and place on cherries.
