Lime sorbet📸salmah dendar📝unknown(from another group)Blitz 1 lime, seeds and peel incl with 1 litre water. Don't liquidize too long or mixture will be bitter. Strain, return liquid to jug and add 1 and half cups sugar. Liquidize to dissolve. For lemonade, add ice to make 2 liters and crush . garnish with mint and lime slices. For sorbet, add water to make 2 litres and churn in ice cream machine with mint.
