Homely Beef Wrappers / My Recipe
By Mrs Admin (mashuda) - MASTER CHEFINGREDIENTS
½ kilo topside / rump steak 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon / tablespoon red chili paste 2 to 3 tablespoon vinegar½ teaspoon hadli 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 tablespoon steak and chops spice ( I used gorimas spice)salt to taste2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 1 teaspoon Worchester sauce oil
Wraps :2 cups flour pinch salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon olive oil cold milk to make a soft dough cover and set aside for 15 to 20 minutesor buy store bought
fry chips and polony add salt , vinegar and masala
slice cheese
lettuce cucumber slice tomato
METHOD
Marinade steak overnight or atleast 2 hours .Cook in butter , add water and cook until tender .optional :when the steak is almost done add more sauce and give it a simmer .
roll out wraps fry each side few seconds each . this shouldn't brown.
fry chips and palony add the salt vinegar and chili powder give it a nice toss
Assemble :Spread a mixture of tomato sauce and mustard on wraps add the salad stuff , followed by the steak and then the chips and palony ,lastly the sliced cheese . close it op nicely and heat in the microwave or toast of tawa if you like it crispy .
