INGREDIENTS
2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 handful coriander 1 cup baby spinach 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice Salt Pepper Habanero chilies 2 tablespoon flour (just enough to roll a ball/patty)
METHOD
1. In a food processor add all ingredients except the flour and pulse.
2. Stir in flour one tablespoon at a time until itβs just dry enough to handle.
2. Form into balls/patties and bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes flipping half way through
Alternatively, freeze the balls and bake when needed.
Serve with fresh lemon π and green salad π₯
