INGREDIENTS
Pour water into pot when it is boiling add your salt and macaroni .. I used 3 cups of macaroniWhen macaroni is cooked Run under cold water and leave aside
Thick white sauce
4 cups milk 1 cup fresh cream 5 table spoons butter 2 teaspoons garlic¼ cup flour Freshly Chopped parsley Salt Robertson’s Chicken spices
Add butter into pot when butter melted add spices and garlic let it cook few SEC to release aroma of garlic and spices and then adds flour Remove the pot from the stove( very important to do this to prevent lumpy thick white sauce ) whisk butter and flour and add the milk whilst whisking Add cream whisk I never get any lumpsPlace pot into stove plate on medium heatAdd 2 cups of grated cheddar cheeseLet it cook for few minutes o low heat until cooked remove from stove Add chopped greens Place your macaroni into a oven proof flat dish and pour cheese sauce over ,mix in Cover top with grated cheddar cheese and slices of tomato
Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes 180•C
You can place pieces of sausages into macaroni dish Pieces of flakes chicken Seasoned cooked minced meat Into the dish before covering with cheese and baking
