125g butter¾ cup castor sugarBeat till light and creamy. Add2 eggs beaten1 teaspoon rose essenceAdd2 cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ¾ cup milk
Pour into a greased pan and bake on 180 degrees till done. Allow to cool.
Rose glacè 8 tablespoon icing sugar2 teaspoon rose syrupWater to make glacè
