Peach And Coconut Oats

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients1 ½ cups water1 cup oats½ -¾ cup milk or coconut milk 2 tablespoons peach or apricot jam2 tablespoons desiccated coconut Maple syrup or sugar for sweetnessSliced peaches Toasted coconut slices

METHOD

Method1.) place the water in a pot and bring to the boil 2.) add in the oats and cook on low for 10 minutes.3.) add in the jam, desiccated coconut, milk and Maple/ sugar. Stir in4.) simmer for 5-8 minutes and remove from heat. (Add more milk of it gets to thick) 5.) add into bowls , top with sliced peaches, toasted coconut and drizzle of honey or maple syrup
