Rec credit : creative cooking 12 lemons, each cut into 84 cups water 1 cup sugar ½ cup vinegar 1 tablespoon crushed chilies1 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala Salt to taste Remove seeds from lemons and combine with water in a pot.Boil until most of the water evaporates.Boil sugar and vinegar together until sugar dissolves and mixture is slightly thickened. Add to lemons Stir in crushed chilies, Methi (Fenugreek) masala and salt and allow to cool completely.
